We take a max 30 items per appointment
Limit dresses and pants to 5 each. 

Things we don’t take:
Business suits and business separates (i.e. skirts and blazers)
Formal wear such as gowns, prom and mother of the bride dresses.
Brands such as Old Navy and Walmart (unless brand new with tags). We reserve the right to be choosy on brands, condition and style.  

How We Consign:

Clothing must be brought in freshly laundered, on hangers and pressed if needed. The items must be free of stains or any visible wear and tear. All clothing and non-clothing items must be in excellent condition. Shoes must be new or like new (no real visible wear).

We accept items by appointment during weekday business hours. We suggest a minimum of 15 items for your first appointment. You can bring clothing, jewelry, handbags, and shoes.

Consignors receive 40% of the selling price which will be determined by Echo. There is a one-time set up fee of $10 for new consignors. This will be deducted from your first check.

Consigned items are displayed for 60 days. An automatic 20% markdown will be taken after 30 days. After 60 days, items become the property of Echo if not retrieved by the consignor. The consignor is responsible to keep track of their consignment period and if desired, pick up their items by the end of 60 days. Consignors are responsible for pulling their own items. Unclaimed items will be placed on clearance and if unsold, donated to a local charity.

Echo will hold normal periodic sales of out-of-season and clearance merchandise and any merchandise in stock is subject to these sales. 

How We Pay:

You may choose to receive cash or store credit as payment. Checks are issued on the 10th of each month and must be picked up at Echo by the consignor. Checks will be issued for amounts in excess of $10.00. Any amount below $10.00 will accrue until the following month. You will receive a 10% bonus for choosing store credit as your payment.

Echo is not liable for loss of consigned items due to fire, theft, natural disasters or any other unforeseen circumstances.
